II. Production Process
1. Raw Material Collection and Processing: Select high-quality, eco-friendly, pollution-free cowhide. Through traditional manual techniques like dehairing, soaking, and cleaning, the hide is separated into fibers. These fibers are then mixed with purified water to form pulp.
2. Molding and Processing: The pulp is fed into a molding machine. Through processes like filtering, hot pressing, and drying, it is formed into raw materials for food packaging items such as base cups and lids.
3. Printing and Lamination: Printed and laminated to achieve aesthetic appeal, waterproofing, and oil resistance.
4. Inspection and Packaging: Quality-tested for appearance, hygiene, physical properties, and chemical performance. Approved products are packaged, stored, and organized in warehouses.
